  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we may cancel your order before shipment, even after order confirmation.
  • Product stock and availability are real-time and subject to change. We cannot guarantee that all items will remain in stock when you complete checkout. We will notify you promptly if items are out of stock and offer cancellation or partial shipment options.

4. Order Placement & Contract Formation

When you submit an order and complete payment, you send us an offer to purchase products. Our acceptance of your order takes effect when we send you a shipping confirmation email. No binding sales contract exists before shipment confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment failure, invalid shipping address, stock depletion, or violation of these Terms.

Delays may occur due to logistics, customs clearance, weather or force majeure events. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
